Robert Sinskey Winery Outstanding in the field farm dinner
Last month I received a generous invitation from Oustanding In The Field to attend one of their fabulous summer farm dinners, this one hosted by Maria Helm Sinskey and Robert Sinskey at their vineyard in Napa.
A long table was set among the vines, while Chef Mark Sullivan and his team of Spruce prepared an amazing meal from a pop up kitchen nearby, sourcing local ingredients {including lamb raised at the winery}. About 160 guests sat down at a long table set with individual colorful plates {invitations asked diners to bring their own} and enjoyed an amazing five course dinner along with perfect wine pairings from Robert Sinskey Winery.
